If you're someone who doesn't understand a lot of PHP, HTML, or CSS, Thesis will give you a ton of functionality without having to alter any code. For the advanced user, Thesis has incredible customization possibilities via extensive hooks and filters. And with so many design options, you can use the template over and over and never have it look like the same site.
If you're more familiar with how websites work, you can use the fantastic Thesis User's Guide and world-class support forums to make more professional customizations than you ever thought possible. It’s one of numerous ways. I guess like anything you want to be successful at, it needs to be done right and you’d have to dedicate time to it. I’m no expert but it can definitely be a good source of traffic.
You are right !! Can I know why you are now commenting with your name instead you are using your blog name every where in this blog. Any reason for this?

Thanks. Using the design for inspiration is fine. All I ask is that you not copy all the code and/or design elements so they are identical. One thing I’ve learned with respect to web design is that you can use other sites for ideas and inspiration, but you should infuse your own creativity and personality into it. You don’t want to end up with a “clone” of another site because it sort of reflects badly on the person who cloned it, and isn’t really fair to the person whose site was copied. Thanks for commenting.
